| | | | What is bbc.co.uk? bbc.co.uk is the BBC's website. It contains a huge range of information about our programmes and other topics such as news, weather, health and science. There are also lots of ways to interact with games, revision exercises, message boards and competitions. You can use bbc.co.uk to watch or listen to many of our television or radio programmes, or clips from these. If you're looking for something specific, you can use the Search box at the top of each page, or the A-Z index. Alternatively, you can browse to some of the most popular areas - the BBC homepage, TV, Radio, Talk, Where I Live and the A-Z index - using the navigation bar at the top of the page. ^ Top of page
| | | | How do I get a game or audio/video clip to work? To listen to sound clips, live radio, watch video or play games on the BBC site you may need new software such as RealPlayer or Flash - you won't need to pay for this. Instructions on how to get hold of these are available on our technical help page. ^ Top of page
| | | | Where can I comment on programmes or websites? To contact a BBC website team, go to the part of the website that you want to make a comment about, and use the 'Contact Us' link. This will usually be found at the left hand side of the page. You can contact some programme teams through their programme websites. Please see the BBC Television FAQ for information about other ways to contact programme teams. For more general information, see our About the BBC website, which carries a wealth of information about our programmes and our organisation. This is also the place to ask general questions about the BBC and its services. ^ Top of page
| | | | Where do I report a technical fault or pages that don't work? If you've found a broken link or other technical problem, please contact our Webmasters and they'll fix it as soon as possible. ^ Top of page
| | | | How do I get a copy of a BBC programme, a playlist or a transcript? If available, programme playlists or transcripts are generally available via the programme's website. Use the A-Z index or search box above to find the programme website. You can listen to most of our radio programmes live or for up to a week after broadcast via the BBC Radio Player - simply follow the 'Listen Live' or 'Listen Again' links throughout the Radio pages. From late July, many of our TV programmes will be available for download via the BBC iPlayer. As part of a trial service, some TV and radio programmes also have podcasts available that you can download. You'll find links for these (where available) on the relevant programme website, or via the Radio podcast or video podcast pages. In general, our copyright agreements don't allow us to distribute copies of programmes, except commercially. Visit the BBC Shop or other CD/DVD outlets to find out which programmes are available. ^ Top of page
| | | | Where can I find the BBC?s international online services? There are international versions of the following BBC web pages: the BBC homepage, News, Sport, Radio, TV and Weather. Each of these has information tailored specially for international users. If you are outside the UK you will arrive at these pages automatically when you follow the relevant links. You can change between UK and international versions at any time, whether you are inside or outside the UK, by selecting the 'UK version' or 'International version' button at the top of the homepage, or the News or Sport pages. ^ Top of page
