Your Compensation

Our Owner-Operators are truly among the best paid in the industry. Our complete Owner-Operator Package produced a 2005 Fleet Average above $1.35 per dispatched mile. Individual earnings ranged from $146,000 to OVER $162,000 annually. Top earner over $185,000. Here's how:

  • Per Mile:
    • SOLO    .91 Loaded / .74 Empty
    • TEAM    .99 Loaded / .84 Empty
  • Load Assistance:
    • $176 to $431

Additional Compensation

  • Fuel Surcharge:
    • 100% of Charges
  • Uniform Allowance:
    • $275 1st Year Lease
    • $200 Following Years

Annual Bonus

  • .04 Cents per mile paid on ALL MILES in excess of 60,000 miles annually to start.
  • .06 Cents per mile paid on ALL MILES in excess of 60,000 miles each subsequent year.

ALL Other Charges

  • You will receive 90% of any other charges such as border crossing, detention, etc.
