2.  Most of the Aussie Dog customers wear their sheepskin boots and footwear without socks.
          A.  They are  designed and made to be worn without socks.
          B.  Socks will inhibit the natural function of the sheepskin.
          C.  The fleece lining wicks the moisture from the feet to the outside.

3. Aussie Dog Boots and Footwear are made from the finest lambskin available.  Lambskin is a more garment grade material and will stretch some.  They are lined with 5/8" lambs wool fleece which will compact and form to your foot.  That's partly what makes them so comfortable, they form to your feet for a most comfortable and perfect fit.

4.  Sheepskin will absorb water unless sprayed with our waterproof spray.

5.  Aussie Dogs can be washed, use mild soap and cool water. Scrub them with hands and soft brush. Dry them away from any heat source and keep them out of the sun.

6.  Aussie Dogs are manufactured using only the best Marino lambskins and are warehoused in San Clemente, California. All the Boots and Shoes have cowhide re-enforced  toes and heels.

7.  Sizes are unisex and all boots and footwear are marked accordingly.  (Men's size 6 = Women's size 7)  Boot heights range from 13½ " to 14½" tall for the tall boot 9" to 11" for the short boot.

8.  Aussie Dog boots and footwear only come is even sizes. If you wear a half size i.e.. 8- 1/2, go  up to Size 9. The boots and shoes are cut tight and will form to your feet.

9.  If you are ordering from outside the United States and have a different sizing system,  no problem, we can make the conversion for you.  (Example, European size39 = Men's 7 or Women's 8).

11.  All Aussie Dogs Boots, except for the kid's boots,  have removable and replaceable fleece insoles giving you a couple of advantages.  You can take the inner sole out and wash it without having to wash the entire boot.  You can replace the inner sole when they wear out, making your boots last longer.  If you use orthotics or arch support, then replace the inner sole and be on your way. You may purchase new inner soles at any time.

12. Aussie Dogs warranty the products for a year against defects in material and workmanship. If there is something wrong with the footwear, they will be replaced, or repaired. They cannot warranty wear and tear.

13. We ship within 36 hours over 95% of the time, Saturday and Sunday and holidays  excluded only because shipping companies are closed.
