Schools TV programs are broadcast on ABC Television between 10:00am and 11:00am weekdays throughout Term 3 from Monday 23 July until Friday 28 September, and Term 4 from Monday 15 October until Friday 7 December, 2007.

Behind the News is a news and current affairs program aimed at upper primary and lower secondary students. Each program is built around major news stories of the week, providing background information not usually given in news bulletins.
Music Moves
The Arts

Music Moves is a series of music programs for upper primary and lower secondary students developed in consultation with Arts curriculum advisers in the states and territories. The series aims to develop musical thinking and decision making, with a focus on exploring, experimenting and creating music. Within this context the programs explore music concepts such as duration, dynamics, pitch, tone colour and structure. It is not assumed that viewers will have a formal music background, and the programs are intended for use by both the general teacher and music specialist.
Science Bank 3
Science

Science Bank programs demonstrate a variety of science experiments with graphical explanations and real life applications.
Each concept is illustrated with a variety of excellent experiments, explanatory captions, artwork and computer animation to illuminate what is happening both visibly and at the molecular level.
The experiments demonstrate the processes of scientific reasoning and the nature of scientific evidence.
