Holden is recalling more than 86,000 Adelaide-made cars because they are at risk of leaking fuel which could lead to a fire.

V6-powered VE Commodores, luxury WM Statesmans and Caprice model cars, on sale since August 2006 are being recalled.

It has been found that fuel lines in the cars may rub and wear, possibly causing them to leak.

Holden is asking owners of these cars to bring them in to their dealer immediately so the problem can be fixed.
