Sales Administration Manager

Atlus USA, Inc. seeks a talented individual to provide professional sales support, simplify and improve sales processes, and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, provide sales and administrative support to sales team, manage communications between outside sales reps, internal personnel, EDI providers and distribution center, originate reports, organize and manage retailer shows, and coordinate travel arrangements and special projects. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• Several years experience in sales with a consumer products company, especially working with independent sales reps, retailers and distributors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word), EDI systems, and business financial applications.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment.
• Demonstrates ability to represent the organization to customers and other outside organizations.
• Understands the flow of purchase orders, distribution center, invoicing, shipping notifications and problem resolution.

Information Technology Coordinator

Atlus USA, Inc. is looking for a Information Technology Coordinator to assist in day-to-day operations at our office. Responsibilies include, but are not limited to, technical support of office equipment, networking support, web and e-mail support, data backup, and administration of the systems thereof.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in setting up, working with, and maintaining a modern I.T. infrastructure. (Hardware, software, network, etc.)

Game Testers

Atlus USA, Inc. is looking for Game Testers to work on an upcoming console title. Testers will be responsible for playing through the game and reporting bugs accurately and clearly. Since the majority of the bugs will be text-related, individuals with a strong command of the English language are preferred. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and a team player with good communication skills.

• Previous software testing experience preferred, console gaming experience required.
• 18 years or older only.
• Strong reading, writing, and spelling skills.

• This is a temporary position lasting the duration of the project (approximately 4-8 weeks)

Requirements

• Excellent Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Understanding of Japanese culture to translate both literally and conceptually.

• 18 years or older.
• Hours are 9:00-5:30 M-F plus paid overtime.

Assistant Editor
