In addition, the ESRB's toll-free ratings hotline ? 1-800-771-ESRB ? can also assist consumers with purchase decisions, and has already helped more than 3 million callers find the right games for their families.

Everyone 10+ ? Content may be suitable for ages 10 and older. May contain more cartoon, fantasy or mild violence, mild language, and/or minimal suggestive themes.
  
Teen ? Content may be suitable for persons ages 13 and older. May contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood and/or infrequent use of strong language.
  
Mature ? Content may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. May contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content, and/or strong language.
  
Adults Only ? Content should only be played by persons ages 18 and older. May contain prolonged scenes of intense violence and/or graphic sexual content and nudity.
  
Rating Pending ? Games with this rating have been submitted to the ESRB and are awaiting final rating. This symbol appears only in advertising prior to a game's release.
