Requirements for Upgrading Online
In order to upgrade a phone online, you must be registered with My Sprint as an Account Administrator for the account that includes the phone you intend to upgrade. To authorize online access, you must be able to provide your account number, billing ZIP code, and information to verify the account (such as social security number, password, or balance on last statement).
