Registering desktop products

It is important that you register your Quark® products with us as soon as possible. Registering entitles you to:

• Technical support
• Lost or stolen disk replacement
• Information and updaters as new versions are released
• Alerts about special promotional offers

Performing online registration during installation

If you click Yes to register during installation, you are directed to the “Online registration” page of the Quark Web site. Review the information in the form and enter the required data. When you are finished, submit the information. When Quark receives your infor­mation, the Web browser displays a window to notify you that registration was successful. You can then exit the Web browser.

NOTE: If the installer is unable to locate a Web browser or process your registration, the installation is completed without registering your software. To register your software, follow the instructions in “Performing online registration after installation.”

NOTE: Quark requires up to three days to process your online registration.

Two easy ways to register after installation

There are two convenient ways to register your product. Registering your Quark desktop product qualifies you for technical support, along with providing other benefits such as updates about key product information and money-saving promotions. Registration also provides Quark with information that allows us to better serve our customers. Remember, you'll need your product serial number to complete the process.

Quark provides a convenient online form for registering your QuarkXPress®, QuarkXPress Passport®, or QuarkCopyDesk® SE licenses.

Register by telephone

For residents of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, call Quark customer service at 00800 1787 8275 or 0041 32 720 1414 to register Quark products by telephone. Register by phone if you need immediate technical support. All other customers, please contact your local Quark office or Quark full service distributor.

Registering is not a requirement for running the software.
