DEVIL ÄNDERT IHRE RECHTSFORM UND ERNENNT NEUE GESCHÄFTSFÜHRUNG
Amersfoort, vrijdag 21 december 2007
Tulip Computers NV (Tulip) und ihr Tochterunternehmen Devil Computer Vertriebs GmbH (Devil) haben im Rahmen der weiteren strategischen Entwicklung von Devil beschlossen, die Rechtsform von Devil in eine Aktiengesellschaft (AG) zu ändern. Im Zusammenhang damit werden Änderungen in der Managementstruktur der deutschen Aktivitäten vorgenommen. Daneben hat Tulip ihre Beteiligung an Devil auf 100% erhöht. Der Mitbegründer von Devil, A. Grotjahn, wurde zum neuen Generaldirektor von Devil ernannt. Er tritt damit die Nachfolge des Mitbegründers K. Hartmann an. Hartmann wird in erster Instanz Beiratsmitglied von Devil. Nach der geplanten Umsetzung der Rechtsform von Devil wird Hartmann Aufsichtsratsmitglied. Gerne hier drücken für die ganze Presseerklarung
