We have already made great strides in our vision to be Australia's Fine Wine Specialist. But, as a growing business with an eye to the future, we always need new people with the desire, skills and commitment to help pursue our vision.
For that we need people who share the values and passions driving our business.
It goes without saying that we are driven to succeed. And that drive is underpinned by our commitment to customer needs, a passion for wine, ethical personal and corporate behaviour, and the ability to work together as a team.
Combined, the passions and commitment of our team gives Vintage Cellars its distinct personality – personable, exciting, reliable, knowledgeable-but-informal, and compelling. In short, we'd love to delight each and every one of our customers.

As our success is determined by the commitment of our staff to our visions and values, we support and encourage the success of our employees. We foster professional growth and aim to offer career progression to existing employees first, through our succession planning processes.

Vintage Cellars is a wine merchant in the traditional sense, offering not just well-known brands but actively seeking the best from Australia and overseas. We conduct our own large-scale show-style wine selection tastings six times a year. And we travel widely to source the best value wines for our customers.

We ask Customer Service Assistants to provide first class service to our customers. Absolute Customer satisfaction is our aim. We expect the Customer Service Assistant to:

An Assistant Manager has a passion for wine. They assist the Store Manager in managing, developing and leading the Store Team. He or she assists in building the business through implementation of the business strategy and a commitment to Vintage Cellars vision, goals and values.

A Manager's goal is to lead the customer service ideal through example. A Manager accepts responsibility for team development and actively pursues corporate business goals within the values and disciplines of the Vintage Cellars brand. A Manager has not only a passion for wine but the responsibility to develop knowledge and commitment within the team.

A Business Manager is responsible for the performance of a number of Vintage Cellars stores in a State. His or her role is to develop and lead their team and to maintain a proactive relationship with senior executives as well and staff. The Business Manager is directly accountable for the sales, trading profit, business growth, people management, customer service and inventory for their Vintage Cellars stores. The Business Manager must have a sophisticated grasp of all that Vintage Cellars stands for, including its visions, goals, values and a love of wine.
