During one pivotal summer, four best friends (Alexis Bledel, Blake Lively, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn) are separated for the first time but united by spirit and some very special pants. This seemingly ordinary pair of jeans magically fits perfectly on each of these very different girls. They decide to stay connected by sharing the pants, mailing them around throughout the summer — from Greece to Mexico to South Carolina and back home again. As each friend wears the jeans, she has an unforgettable experience. In the end, they all learn a little bit about first love, loss, and the magic of the traveling pants.

In the early 1970s, two schools in Alexandria Virginia integrate forming T.C. Williams High School. The Caucasian head coach (Will Patton) of the Titans is replaced by an African American coach (Denzel Washington) from North Carolina. Tensions arise when players of different races are forced together on the same football team. Personalities clash during the team's two-week training camp in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. And when players return to Alexandria they find the city in turmoil due to the forced desegregation of the high school. Will the Titans be prepared to pursue the State Championship and to deal with an unthinkable tragedy that threatens to sink their perfect season?

So Norman Rockwell-perfect. Then, in a dream, she finds herself transported into that winter wonderland, where they welcome her with presents and cookies. It's only when she wakes up with a trinket from the snowglobe world that she realizes her trip was no dream. Angela is thrilled, until she learns that perfection isn't all it's cracked up to be.
