Coved is the third largest private waste management provider in France. It offers a wide range of waste management services throughout France. Managing more than 1,000 collection contracts, it serves over 5 million people. It also has a large number of industrial customers.

Coved’s services include:

• traditional and selective collection of household waste;
  
• the collection of nonhazardous industrial waste;
  
• the transportation of waste to collation centers;
  
• the processing of waste in sorting centers and composting plants;
  
• landfilling in final waste disposal centers;
  
• urban cleaning services such as the cleaning of streets and industrial sites, and graffiti removall.

Thanks to its 2,700 staff, Coved realized net sales (*) of € 291 million during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006.
