BROUWER RETURNS HOME

We are pleased to announce that effective October 12, 2006, that the Brouwer Family has purchased the Brouwer Turf Equipment product line from Commercial Grounds Care Inc.

Previously Brouwer Turf Equipment was a division of Jacobsen, Textron, of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.

The transaction includes all the current Brouwer brand Turf Equipment products and associated intellectual property.

This acquisition compliments our existing Turf Equipment line while strengthening and expanding the dealer network.

Our primary objective is to deliver high quality, dependable, productivity equipment, and services to the turf industry at affordable prices.

It is also our intention to continue marketing these products under the Brouwer brand name.
